Tom and his crew at Drain Time Plumbing were the only company out of several that we reached out to in our area for our homes emergency. They had a quick response time (under 45 min.) which was greatly needed as it was a major plumbing issue that we had. They solved it right away so my home would stop flooding. As a new home owner I can't say how much my family appreciated Tom's team promptness, skills and knowledge of his trade which I'm sure saved us in several ways from more costly damage. They are up front and very affordable for the quality and amount of work they do in a speedy time. Very professional and was willing to come out same day. Free estimate revealed it was simply the replacement of our faucet that was needed to stop a leak under our kitchen sink. I would highly recommend them!

I had a little leak in my toilet. I called a big company which was my fault, they wanted to tear up my bathroom and it would have cost me over 3 grand. I told them I wanted a 2nd opinion. I called Drain Time, spoke to Mark. He came out the next day and said none of that needed to happen. Fixed my toilet very quickly and efficiently and half the cost. Very nice people to work with and reasonable pricing. I will be calling them from now on. Thank you Drain Time!

FABULOUS! Had drainage problem in wee hours of this morning. Oy! Not good. And fortunately this marvelous company contacted me in the wee hours, too! Was willing and able to come my way and within minutes, literally fixed. I was pleased and very grateful for sure, especially on a weekend! I recommend them completely and will use them later in spring for some upgrades!
